2008-2009 Parent Information

Dear Dimon Parents,

We greatly appreciate your efforts and participation in the implementation of our school uniforms and dress code. 

UNIFORM COLORS

Bottom colors-Khaki or Navy
Top colors-White, Burgundy (Maroon), or Navy

Students may wear:

Short or Long sleeved polo-type shirts (no t-shirts, no tank/sleeveless, or oversized shirts)
Turtle neck or mock neck cotton knit shirts
Dress shirts (button down with collar)
Shirttails must be long enough to cover midriff when arms are raised.
Sweaters and/or sweater vests worn over shirts
Sweatshirts - white, burgundy (maroon), or navy (no oversized sweatshirts)
Khaki or Navy pants or shorts (no baggy/oversized pants)
Khaki or Navy skirts (girls)
Khaki or Navy jumpers (girls)
Shorts, skirts, and dresses cannot be more than three inches above the knee.
Pants and shorts must be worn at the waist.

Students are encouraged to wear white or black athletic shoes or brown or black dress shoes.
Shoes must be free of cleats and skate shoes are not allowed.
*School Spirit T-Shirts and jeans/khakis may be worn on Fridays or on special occasions. 
*Spirit T-Shirts are $8.00 each and can be ordered and paid for at registration. (CASH ONLY)

Students may wear any type jacket or coat when traveling to and from school.  However, once inside the school building, students must remove these.  Students may wear cotton-knit front zipper or button-up knit sweaters or wind-breaker-type jackets in school colors.  Jackets and sweaters in school colors may be worn inside.
